Your videos are always fully private by default. You have the option to share them if you wish, but no one has access to your videos unless you (the Sharer) or your designated Executor explicitly invites them to view it.

What happens if I stop paying for my subscription?

We know these stories are priceless. If a subscription ends, viewing access pauses, but we provide a 6-month grace period where your content remains safe. We will email you regularly to ensure you have ample time to download your videos to your own storage. Storing high-quality video is costly, so we cannot hold files indefinitely for inactive accounts, but we want to make sure you have every opportunity to keep them forever.

If Telloom ever ceases operations, we will do everything in our power to provide ample notice and a dedicated time window for you to download all your stories. We view this content as yours, not ours. We also strongly encourage you to download your videos to your own personal storage at any time, so you always have a permanent backup independent of any service.

Unlimited. You can share your stories with as many family members, friends, or loved ones as you want. There is no limit to the number of listeners you can invite.

What is an Executor and why do I need one?

An Executor is a trusted person you assign to help manage your content and access rights. They have the same permissions you do—including adding photos, managing videos, and inviting or removing Listeners. While they have these rights immediately, their primary purpose is to ensure your stories are preserved and managed after you pass away. You can change your Executor at any time, but we require all Sharers to have an Executor to ensure your legacy is always protected.

What happens to content if a Sharer passes away?

The Executor continues to manage the Sharer's content—maintaining access for Listeners, adding materials, and exporting stories. The only limitation is that Executors cannot override any choices the Sharer made about synthetic voice/avatar features.
